Description

A portrait of a man wearing IOOF (Independent Order of Odd Fellows) regalia. The man was previously identified in notes as being Samuel A. T. Walker, but is certainly not him; it may be his brother, Green Walker. The portrait was made in Forest Grove by the Sackrider Studio, which was active after 1910.
