A photo of Marsh Hall at Pacific University covered in snow and ivy in the 1960s. Marsh Hall was constructed from 1893-1895 and named after the first president of Pacific University, Sidney Harper Marsh. On March 27, 1975, Marsh Hall was 75 percent gutted by fire. Later in 1975 the building was reconstructed and can be seen on the Pacific campus today, currently housing classrooms and offices.
