In March 1982, Pacific University vice president of business affairs Roscoe E. Labosier [right] signed the 'Storer Cable' document presented to him by Oregon manager of Storer Metro, Doug Wilson [left]. This document, a joint venture between Storer Cable Communications and Metro West Cablevision, was an agreement to update the communications studio in Carnegie Hall with more than $100,000 in equipment.
