A dog skeleton at a stagnant water site in Washington County near Scoggins Valley. Scoggins Valley was flooded and dammed into Hagg Lake in 1975 to provide cleaner water for the surrounding area and to augment the flow of the Tualatin River. This slide is a part of the Scoggins Valley Dam Collection (RG.5.12).
