Black and white portrait two young girls seated on a table with an elaborate fabric covering. One girl wears a white blouse with a ruffled, Peter Pan collar and ruffled button placket, short sleeves, tucked into a knee-length pleated skirt and covered by a vest with a parachute decal. the other girl wears a short pleated plaid skirt and a sweater with short sleeves and a three-button yoke. Both girls wear white cowboy boots and have shorter, curly hair parted in the middle. They hold hands as they smile at the camera. This image is part of the Herbert McMullen bequest. McMullen was a local photographer who owned a studio in Hillsboro; he also collected images of local life taken by other photographers.
