-
Description
-
Black and white image of a bride and groom, evidently about to leave on their honeymoon. The bride wears a suit and a dark hat and is seated in a canvas covered wheelbarrow. The groom, in a suit, holds the handles of the wheelbarrow. In the background, a car is being decorated with streamers and cans tied on the back. 'Just Married' has been written on the trunk. This image is part of the Herbert McMullen bequest. McMullen was a local photographer who owned a studio in Hillsboro; he also collected images of local life taken by other photographers.
