Received from Washington County Aug. 5th, 1926; crime assault with intent to kill; sentence 8 years; age 32 (1926); complexion medium; eyes, large blue; hair dark; weight 165; build medium; height 5 ft. 11 in.; teeth prominent; occupation painter. Marks and Scars: End joint of right middle finger badly scarred. Small mole right of nose. F. P. C. 9 - U00---6 - U-00 - 17. Escaped June 21, 1928 while employed as trusty. Arrest and Wire, H. W. Meyers, Superintendent, Oregon State Penitentiary, Salem, Ore.
