The minutes cover quarterly meetings held between 1880-1881 in Forest Grove and Cornelius. Reports by pastor William Robert are included in which he discusses plans to relocate and possibly rebuild the Methodist church in Forest Grove. This document is part of a record book compiled between 1854-1884 by several different Methodist circuits in Oregon, centered on the Forest Grove and Hillsboro areas. The record book was found in a building on the southwest corner of Main Street and Pacific Avenue in Forest Grove in 2021.
