Latin American Folk Art

Jack and Barbara McLarty donated their collection of Latin American Folk Art to Pacific University. It includes pieces from from Mexico, Guatemala, and other Latin American countries, but primarily focuses on artwork found in different regions of Mexico. It is a diverse collection containing examples of toys, figurines, sculptures, clay pots, textiles, and embroidery — all intricately designed.

Many of these works can be seen on the mezzanine level (3rd floor) of Tran Library on the Forest Grove campus of Pacific University.
