Liquor Sold during day and evening by Miller's clerk, described as age 24, height 5 ft 6 inches, weight 160#, smooth face, long black hair parted in middle of forehead, blue eyes. insurance man mentioned in this report as coming into the drug store about 10 p.m. with a compainion, I afterwards ascertained was named 'Staley'.
