Jerry Frye and Laura James Frye standing in the shoe section of their sporting goods store, Frye's Action Athletics, in Forest Grove, Oregon. The photograph was probably taken in the first location of their store, possibly in the late 1970s or early 1980s. Shoes on the shelves include many examples of Nike basketball and running shoes. Both Jerry and Laura were Pacific University alumni from the classes of 1961 and 1965 respectively.
