An unidentified individual demonstrates tap water quality in Washington County. Scoggins Valley was flooded and dammed into Hagg Lake in 1975 to provide cleaner water for the surrounding area and to augment the flow of the Tualatin River. This slide is a part of the Scoggins Valley Dam Collection (RG.5.12).
