Black and white photograph of five young men standing in front of a wall upon which hangs a lifebuoy. 'S. S. S. Rain Bow' is printed on the buoy. Sea Scouts are a part of the Boy Scouts of America, intended to provide activities and a learning experience for older boys. This image is part of the Herbert E. McMullen bequest. McMullen was a local photographer who also collected images of local life from other photographers.
