Black and white image depicting the interior of a butcher shop. Two women weigh what appear to be organ meats on a scale in the foreground, while two men package other cuts of meat in the far background. Rolls of butcher paper and boxes of meat and other goods take up the middle of the image. This image is part of the Herbert McMullen bequest. McMullen was a local photographer for many years, and he also collected other photographers work which depicted daily life in the area.
