During the 20th anniversary year of the founding of the library, the Cedar Mill Heritage Quilt (created in 1976) was on display during an ice cream social event in October. Kathryn Greathouse won the quilt in a raffle in September 1976 in support of the new Cedar Mill Community Library Association.
