An old fire truck in Forest Grove

Description

A fire truck parked in front a wooden building, possibly the fire station, and city hall. A man is in the driver seat while two other firemen are standing on the back of the truck. Four small water tanks and a hose are in the back of the vehicle and wooden ladder is laying across the top. 'Forest Grove Rural Fire Department' is written on the door of the truck. The small brick building has a sign which reads 'City Hall Light & Water'.
