Description: In a speech to the National Leased Housing Managers Conference, Congressman Les AuCoin expressed his concerns with challenges facing the leased housing industry, including high interest rates. AuCoin also brought up the matter of Section 8 of the Housing and Community Development Act replacing and amending Section 23 of the U.S. Housing Act of 1937.
