The minutes cover quarterly meetings held between 1883-1884 in Forest Grove and Cornelius. Several reports are included pertaining to the completion of a new Methodist church building in Forest Grove. This document is part of a record book compiled between 1854-1884 by several different Methodist circuits in Oregon, centered on the Forest Grove and Hillsboro areas. The record book was found in a building on the southwest corner of Main Street and Pacific Avenue in Forest Grove in 2021.
