The minutes cover quarterly meetings held between 1881-1882 in Forest Grove and Cornelius. Reports by pastor William Robert are included in which he advocates for building a new Methodist church in Forest Grove. This document is part of a record book compiled between 1854-1884 by several different Methodist circuits in Oregon, centered on the Forest Grove and Hillsboro areas. The record book was found in a building on the southwest corner of Main Street and Pacific Avenue in Forest Grove in 2021.
