Minutes of conference meetings of the Methodist Episcopal Church's Tualatin Plains Circuit within Washington County, Oregon. The minutes cover quarterly meetings held between 1854-1856 at "Brother Gibson's" and at Hoover's School near Hillsboro. This document is part of a record book compiled between 1854-1884 by several different Methodist circuits in Oregon, centered on the Forest Grove and Hillsboro areas. The record book was found in a building on the southwest corner of Main Street and Pacific Avenue in Forest Grove in 2021.
