Letter from Swami Prartho Subhan, who represents himself as an attorney for the community of Rajneeshpuram, to the custodian of records in the Oregon Governor's office. Subhan argues that precedents set in previous cases have mandated access to government records. He requests all writings and records dealing with the Rajneesh to be produced. This item was a part of the papers of Bob Oliver, Governor Atiyeh's legal counsel.
