James of 31st Dec is duly read please find herewith a statement of James are as near as I can give at present I think you will find it comes according to your statement rendered Aug 24, 1861 Jan will see that the 517,20 will apply on this year[?] [?] very arrangement with you and Mr Marsh to take each ½ the receipts from Feb 1st 1862 for this year that is to Feb 1st 1863 if understand it correctly
