'Giraffe' poem

Description

A giraffe poem from an Animal Party given by Miss Sarah Bolderick on May 12th, 1905. The guests were paired up into couples and given an animal on a small piece of cardstock. The young men were to draw the animal, while the young women were to write a poem about the animal. The winners of the contest were Mr. Herman Witham and Miss Ethel Waters. This poem appears in a scrapbook album compiled by Frances B. Clapp, a 1908 Pacific University student.
