An architectural sketch of a proposed design for the Pacific University Library circulation desk and lobby. This design was created in the early 1960s, when the university was planning to build a new library to replace the original Carnegie Library on campus. The design is probably by the Portland firm Dukehart & Kinne, which would design Pacific's Harvey Scott Memorial Library. It appears to depict a proposed new lobby for what would later become Scott Library (later renamed Scott Hall), which began construction in 1966.
