Minutes taken at a meeting of the Pacific University Board of Trustees on June 6, 1884. The trustees voted to transfer a portion of land, "Block 7 - Naylor's Addition" to the United States government. This land, which is where the Forest Grove Indian Training School stood, had previously been rented to the government. Dr. H. J. Minthorn, the Indian School's superintendent, represented the government's interests at the meeting.
