The trustees named three people to serve as the 'supervising committee' for the Forest Grove Indian Training School: the President of Pacific University (James W. Marsh, acting president at the time), the President of the Board of Trustees (Alanson Hinman), and the Secretary of the Board of Trustees (George H. Atkinson).
