Various documents including correspondence between Washington County Community Action Executive Director Jerralynn Ness and United States House Representative Les AuCoin concerning the 1990 reauthorization of the Temporary Emergency Food Assistance Program. The program was supported by the House, but in danger of being cut by the Senate. The program provided funding for the Oregon Food Bank and other anti poverty agencies so Washington County Community Action made efforts to increase support for the program's reauthorization in Congress.
