Press release from the Community Action Organization concerning changes to the 2011 federal budget that cut funding for the Community Services Block Grant program by half. Many of Community Action's services were at least in part supported by these grants. Attached are letters from Beaverton, Oregon, Mayor Denny Doyle and Tualatin, Oregon, Mayor Lou Ogden to federal legislators requesting that they oppose the budget cuts.
