In-depth analysis comparing the legislative history of Oregon State Representatives Les AuCoin and Hugh McGilvra in 1974. As Rep. AuCoin ran for and won the election for Oregon's 1st congressional district in the US House of Representatives that year, this analysis was more than likely requested or put together by his campaign.
