A letter to a congressional colleague from U.S. Congressman Les AuCoin regarding the Reagan administration's upcoming decision regarding action on draft registration policy, dated March 4, 1981. In the letter, Congressman AuCoin asked his colleague for support in "asking President Reagan not to back away from his campaign pledge to abolish registration for the draft."
