Description: In a letter to a congressional colleague, U.S. Congressman Les AuCoin advocated for his two proposed amendments to the Solar Bank bill. The first of his proposed amendments aimed to ensure that "the Solar Bank could be funded from general revenues in the event that the Energy Security Trust Fund has not been enacted by Congress." The second of Congressman AuCoin's proposed amendments was designed to "conform the authorization levels for the Solar Bank to those in the bill recently approved by the Senate."
