Sue and I were only 15 years out Redmond Union High School when I took the congressional oath for the first time at the U.S. Capitol. We enrolled Stacy and Kelly at John Eaton Grade School in northwest Washington's Cleveland Park neighborhood. Kelly, a second grader, was almost as tall as Speaker Carl Albert."
