Attached is an incident critique and debriefing report from Lyn Hardy and an addendum from Tom Warden reported on May 8, 1986. Topics in these reports include: the Public Officials' Conference; Civil Air Patrol (C.A.P.) and Aeronautics Division; Oregon State Police and EMD efforts; 'COA' coding for coastal counties; press being removed from E.O.C.; and the Legislative Leadership. This is one document from a binder containing selected daily reports to the Governor, which was compiled by Gerry Thompson.
