A memo prepared by Gerry Thompson reporting to Governor Atiyeh on January 7, 1982. This memo lists steps that were presented to the Subcommittee 1 of Ways & Means that will reduce the office budget. Suggestions in this proposal include: a reduction in Services & Supplies; underfilling Assistant to Gov. Research position; reducing in-state travel; and presenting the remodeling project as a renovation project. This is one document from a binder containing selected daily reports to the Governor, which was compiled by Gerry Thompson.
